A little about me...
Before beginning my work as a therapist, I spent nearly a decade supporting adults with developmental disabilities. What began as a summer job quickly grew into a passion for helping individuals build life skills, pursue employment opportunities, and advocate for their needs. That experience shaped my commitment to walking alongside people through their challenges while empowering them to grow.
Since entering the mental health field, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including an outpatient partial hospitalization program for both adults and youth, providing on-site therapy for high school students, and private practice. Each of these experiences has strengthened my belief that every person has value and is worthy of love and acceptance.
In my practice today, I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
I have my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of GA.

Ways I Can Help You
I take an integrative approach to therapy and adapt my methods to fit your individual needs and goals. In our sessions, we might explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and work on understanding how different feelings can exist at the same time. For example, feeling both hope and fear about making a change in your life. Together, we focus on learning to live with that tension rather than trying to eliminate one side. I am also specially trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which can be particularly helpful for managing overwhelming emotions, healing from trauma, and building long-term coping skills.
I work with clients on a wide range of concerns:
-
Trauma and PTSD
-
Anxiety and stress management
-
Depression and low mood
-
Emotional regulation and coping skills
-
Life transitions and major changes
-
Self-esteem and confidence building
-
Relationship challenges
-
Self-harm and thoughts of suicide
✨ While these are some of my specialties, I welcome whatever you bring into the room and will meet you where you are.
